Lincoln Park Zoo

Yesterday wen went to the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago with Uncle Boz, Aunt Liz, Marina, Zeke, Priscilla, Bekah, Donna, Zach, Caleb & Isaac!! It was so much fun. The weather was absolutely perfect - 75 and sunny. And it was so nice to spend the day with family! I realized I hadn't been to a zoo in many, many years, so I loved seeing the animals as much as the kids did! And it was Samuel's first time to a zoo, too. It was so cute how he kept excitedly pointing to animals, but then he'd get just as excited about a leaf blowing in the wind or a picture of an animal on a sign or something. All the little cousins (actually second cousins) were so cute together, and Marina was an excellent little "nanny" for the day! She was so responsible and motherly caring for Samuel. Unfortunately, I think I got more pictures of animals than people but here are the best shots of the day.
